Beignets To Go: Traditional beignets with powdered sugar Fresh and Hot.
Washday Burrito: Andouille sausage, red beans, 2 scrambled eggs wrapped in a warm tortilla.
Eggs Eisenhower: Two eggs any style, served with grits or potatoes and a buttermilk biscuit.
Add ham, bacon, country sausage, andouille or hot Louisiana sausage.
Eggs Benedict: Thomas’ English muffin, ham, eggs your way, and hollandaise. Served with grits or potatoes.
Eggs Pontchartrain: Fresh pan fried mountain trout, poached eggs, sauce bearnaise. Served with grits or potatoes and a buttermilk biscuit.
Cajun Breakfast: Red beans (w/meat), poached eggs, and hollandaise. Served with grits or potatoes and a buttermilk biscuit.
Eggs New Orleans: Fried eggplant slices with creole sauce, poached eggs, and hollandaise. Served with grits or potatoes and a buttermilk biscuit.
Hanks Eggs: Three eggs, potatoes, peppers, onions, cheddar cheese, scrambled and topped with Avocado and tomato. Served with a buttermilk biscuit.
Farmers Eggs: Three eggs, potatoes, pepper and onion mix, cheddar cheese, and country sausage. Served with a buttermilk biscuit.

Oatmeal: Slow-cooked oatmeal topped with currants, fresh fruit, and cinnamon streusel, served with milk.
Granola: Oven-roasted with honey in our own kitchen and topped with fresh fruit. Served with milk or yogurt.
Pain Perdu: New Orleans style french toast; served with fresh fruit, one egg, hot Louisiana sausage, and buttery syrup.
Gumbo: A grand New Orleans stew, homemade from ingredients selected daily and served with rice and a buttermilk biscuit.
Washday lunch: Red beans and rice topped with andouille sausage.
Zydeco Salad: A green salad with sprouts, feta cheese, avocado, sautéed mushrooms, smoked pecans and raspberry vinaigrette.
PO’ BOY’s: Shrimp, Trout, Blackened Salmon, or Fried Eggplant Parmesan. Traditionally dressed and served with chips.

Lucile’s has been providing Colorado with the best breakfast we can find since 1980. As a family establishment, Lucile’s has always strived to provide a comfortable and unique atmosphere as well as excellent food. The original restaurant in Boulder Colorado resides in a small Victorian house painted our signature pale yellow. The menu is adorned with a photograph of the owner and his mother Lucile, the restaurants namesake.
